Is the Craft Show the same day every year?

Our Craft Show is always the fourth Saturday in October.

How much does a booth cost?

There are two kinds of indoor booths for vendors: wall and floor. Wall booths are $30 and go around the outside wall of the Hall. Floor booths are $25 and are in the middle of the Hall.

How do I register?

Contact the parish office (989-584-6044) and they will mail you a registration form.

I've been a vendor before--can I have the same booth I had last time?

Maybe. We send registration forms to vendors who were at the previous years show first. Those vendors then have an opportunity to return the registration form, with their booth payment, and reserve the spots they had last year. After the deadline, however, we send out registration forms to new vendors and it becomes a first-come-first-serve system. So if you were at the show the previous year, you need to return the registration form we send you by the deadline to get your same booth.

Is there a handicap accessible entrance to the building?

Yes! On the east and west sides of the building are entrances without stairs. Both of these will get you to the Craft Show in the Hall. Neither of these are automatic doors, however.

Where is lunch served?

Lunch was served in the basement of the hall for many years. However, it is now being served in a room just off of the Hall. If you are standing and looking at the stage (north end) then the room is on your left (west side). There are signs to help you find it!

Can I help with the Craft Show?

Of course! We are always looking for people to help on the day of the Craft Show. Please look at the different job descriptions to see what would be a good fit for you!

Are there spaces available for vendors outside?

Yes! If you are a vendor who is interested in an outside booth, then you can call the office for more information. Please note, because of weather variability we do not accept payment for outside booths until the day before or the day of the show. As such, all outside spots are filled as a first-come, first-choice basis.

What if I sell things that aren't crafts?

If you sell items that are not handcrafted then you are still welcome to come to our show but you will be placed in an area just off the main floor.
